All bets placed on acg365 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, game, or event. General betting rules applicable across all products are set out below.
A bet is considered accepted when acg365 issues a confirmation to the player via the Platform interface. Until a confirmation is issued, no bet is considered valid. acg365 reserves the right to refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including where it suspects irregular betting activity.
In the event of a manifest error in displayed odds, prices, pay tables, or game settings, acg365 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. Where acg365 has paid winnings based on an erroneous price, those winnings may be reclaimed from the player's account balance.
Cricket betting on acg365 covers BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI series, Test matches, and other domestic and international fixtures. The settlement of cricket bets is governed by the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB). In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or reduced in overs, specific settlement rules applicable to the bet type will apply.
In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. acg365 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any point during an event. Bets accepted during a period of market suspension — where this occurs due to a technical error — may be voided. Connection interruptions on the player's side do not entitle the player to cancel a bet already submitted.
acg365 may apply maximum payout limits per bet, per event, or per day. Applicable limits will be displayed within the relevant betting interface. Where a bet would result in a payout exceeding the applicable limit, the stake will be accepted but the payout will be capped at the stated maximum.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content; create derivative works based on Platform content; use any acg365 brand asset, trademark, or logo without prior written consent; or scrape, harvest, or otherwise systematically extract data from the Platform.
Any unauthorised use of acg365's intellectual property may result in immediate account closure and legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, acg365 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
Without limiting the foregoing, acg365 shall not be liable for:
acg365's total liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your acg365 account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

Upon account closure, all pending bets will be settled in the normal course. Bets placed before closure are not voided by the closure of an account. acg365 will retain transaction records and account data for the period required by applicable law.

The version number and effective date at the top of this document will always reflect the most current version of the Terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and acg365 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally in the first instance by contacting acg365's customer support team.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial complaint being raised, either party may seek resolution through appropriate legal channels. acg365 is committed to fair and transparent dispute handling and will engage in good faith at every stage of the process.
For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
